Source conflict: do not memorise an unsupported identifier
The June 2012 learner manual names a reduced-visibility qualifier but supplies no illustration. The May 2012 SADC regulatory manual, PDF page 117, explicitly says the corresponding catalogue number is not allocated. The two official publications therefore conflict on this identifier.
This reference preserves the learner-manual entry for traceability. Its catalogue identification remains unverified, and no fabricated image is supplied. Reduced-visibility warnings and headlamp/speed combinations are taught through their actual displayed warning, headlamp and maximum-speed signs. Resolving the source conflict requires authoritative edition or amendment evidence.
